When I was younger, I struggled with self-doubt, a lack of confidence, and terrible anxiety. I didn’t realize that these things weren’t fixed. Once I understood that my level of confidence could be easily changed through daily acts of courage, my life really began to change. And that’s a second piece of advice to my younger self: take action, even if you’re afraid to fail/ When you fail, and you will, life has a funny way of working itself out.
